If you have trouble getting your starter to work, you have a couple of options. You can create your own starter from scratch, which typically takes 10-14 days to become active and ready for baking. Alternatively, you can speed up the process by purchasing an established dehydrated sourdough starter, like our starter "Edna," which can be ready to use in as little as 5 days. Both methods are effective, and we’ll guide you through whichever option you choose.
